This Agreement is a contract between you and Sellersathi and applies to your use of Sellersathi’s Services. Our comprehensive catalog services include data extraction, meticulous product categorization, and image enhancement to optimize your listings on these marketplaces.

Client Obligations

To ensure seamless collaboration, the Client agrees to provide necessary access credentials and permissions for Sellersathi to retrieve and process data from specified e-commerce platforms. The accuracy and legality of the provided data are the Client’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to their product information. Sellersathi is granted a limited license to utilize the data exclusively to provide catalog listing services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in case of a material breach. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for any outstanding fees for services rendered by Sellersathi up to the termination date.

Payment Terms

The Client agrees to remit the fees specified in the invoice. Timely payments are essential, and any delay may result in the temporary suspension or termination of catalog listing services of clients.

Confidentiality

Rest assured, all information provided by the Client is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Sellersathi commits not to disclose, sell, or transfer any client data to third parties without prior written consent.

Limiting Our Responsibility

Sellersathi won’t be on the hook for any extra, special, or profit-related losses if you use our catalog listing services on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, or GlowRoad.

Amendments

Sellersathi reserves the right to amend these Terms. Clients will be promptly notified of any changes, and continued use of catalog listing services after notification implies acceptance of the amended Terms.
